JCI India Zone XVII Business area


Jaycees in Business is a program of JCI India Zone XVII Business area. The cause for the program is to expand the business of JCI members. A guest ought to entirely be a JCI member. The individual business group is known as table and it will be prefixed with JIB pursued by the city name suffixed by variant 1.0, 2.0 and so on. Just a single person from each profession or classification is allowed to join a Table of JIB. Each table exists between 20-60 members. Each table is represented by Executive board that comprises of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer and two Directors. Executive Board of each table has the final authority identifying with classifications.

JIB VISION

JIB has understood the importance of capable administration. There is a framework in settling on and actualizing choices. There are consultations, meetings, protocols, and good working relationships due to good governance. There is responsibility, straightforwardness, guideline to be embraced and above all the responsive idea of the individuals is profoundly praiseworthy. The requirements of the individuals are met out in an auspicious proper and responsive way. All are engaged with basic leadership process. So, this equitable and all-inclusive nature lends a sense of importance to the members and all feel proud in assuming the responsibility. To fulfill the above vision JIB is committed to provide higher volume of business to the members in its vicinity giving equal opportunities to all. The Executive board is committed to impart quality business by providing the members with all the physical resources pertaining to need loaded with interesting and innovative infrastructure to cater to the needs of the customers aspiring to earn more. The members are made to learn the art of governance and leadership by getting chance to be a part of various table and committees. The members are given opportunities to take leadership under the guidance of the mentor thus fulfilling the vision behind the establishment which is to progress through quality business.
